Cross between systems
The galaxy contains multiple systems, with routes at system borders described in the original fleet controls. Select your fleet and use a cross-system movement option only when the game actually offers it.
The recovered cross-system movement code was not established as ready in the source audit. Treat this as a documented mechanism rather than a promise that every transition is currently available.
