Magic and ability commands
Open the Mystics station from the Command Center for available magic and special abilities. Select an authorized power and target, inspect its requirements, range and cost, then submit the action.
Power availability can depend on class, completed research and current conditions. A failed or unavailable power should not be treated as having succeeded merely because you clicked its control. See Magic, Abilities and Specials and Effects for the older rules reference.
