Reply to a forum discussion
Open a discussion where your account has posting access. Under Reply to discussion, enter the message and select Post reply.
The form limits the message to 5,000 characters. Some discussions do not allow replies, and forum permissions can also depend on your account rank or faction. A submission must be accepted before the reply is published.
