Steal a fleet identity
A fleet whose ships support camouflage can be offered Steal ship ID. Select an eligible visible enemy fleet within one tile, or the offered random target, and submit the command if you have an available turn.
This is an identity-disguise action, not ownership transfer. The recovered random-target branch has a known selection issue, so check the current fleet state rather than assuming the disguise was applied.
