Tile actions
Open a tile from the system map to inspect its terrain, available information and any authorized actions. The commands offered depend on the tile, your faction's visibility and ownership, and your available resources or technology.
An inspection is not an order. Review any cost, target and prerequisites before confirming a building or fleet action. If a command is not available, check the related Buildings, Capturing tiles or Fleet orders guides.
